Chanticleer and sausage gumbo for the game

When UGA used to play South Carolina every year I had a "Grilled Gamecock" recipe that is excellent. It's just chicken thighs marinated in equal parts Texas Pete, Strickland's BBQ sauce, and milk, for 8 hours in a ziploc in the refrigerator. Then grill the shite out of it until almost burned. So good, and so satisfying to eat while watching South Carolina get their dreams flushed down the toilet.
