Best Poboy’s in Shreveport/Bossier are at Looosiana Seafood Market on Wallace Lake road in south Shreveport. Get the jambalaya as your side item.
Fried shrimp Poboy’s are my go to… But they do have good catfish and fried oyster poboys as well.

The curry fried catfish poboy at Marilyn’s is pretty good.
