Kind of a Hex Clad Spinoff thread.. I have an older set of anodized aluminum pots/pans (the higher tier of Caphalon) that are showing their age. A few of my friends have recently purchased Carraways. They are really nice looking and pretty expensive. Can anyone speak to the quality and durability? I have a few Carbon Steel and Enameled Cast irons but looking for a daily non-stick set for week day dinners.

We had Hexclad, but the teflon flaked off just like any other teflon pan after a while.

We just recently bought caraway enamel replacements (the fry/sauce pan 3 piece set) and love it so far.

They seem to be next-level nonstick.

We are being absolutely strict about hand washing these. To be honest thats probably why the hexclad pans failed after only a couple years.

We bought a set about 6 months ago. All good so far. Very substantial pots and pans.

Got a Carraway pan about a year and a half ago. It looked great. Unfortunately, it's not very non-stick anymore and looks like crap now. We've only ever handwashed it as well since you are not supposed to throw those in the dishwash.

I have some sheet pans. They work fine but hate how they stain.
