Can you slow cook pork too long?

Within reason of course. I've just placed a blade roast in the slow cooker on low. Any chances of it being overcooked by tomorrow afternoon?

I wouldn't think it burn, as long as you have enough cooking liquid on it. It might get a little mushy though. I usually do mine for like 8hrs on low with some root beer and dry rub.

You'll be fine. I'm assuming this is to be chopped up and pulled for pulled pork? Might be a little too soft to slice
