I heard the building they’re in is being sold & they’re closing up. Also heard they’ll reopen in Denham somewhere, but not sure on that.

Anyone know when their last day is?

Right! You can forget parking around there in the mornings and afternoons.

Their lunch is solid, but there aren’t many easy lunch places in downtown BR. Their biscuits are legit though. I try and swing by when I’m downtown once or twice a month.

Downtown Baton Rouge food scene is so boring ….not sure how the true restaurants survive on the Friday Saturday Sunday business….

Downtown itself is pretty lame these days, but I think Cecelia and Cocha are two of the better restaurants in BR.

There’s virtually none. 3-4 sandwich shops & an overpriced pizza shop

Head towards Main/North St. Even with Main Street Market closed for renovations still, plenty of solid options.

The food trucks are back, Elisa's Cuban Coffee and Kitchen is my favorite, but there are plenty that are "Louisiana food" and usually a taco truck or two. Then you have a Serop's, Paul Wong's (Chow Main), Cocha, and the new Korean build your own bowl place Okki Tokki (opened this week); Social Coffee has by far the best coffee downtown.
