Go to YouTube look up Ballistic BBQ. Greg has a video up on his You Tube channel of how to make burger sliders like White Caste and Crystals. They are not all that complicated and our actually pretty damn good.
The use of the dehydrated onions was really interesting. Now, I want a White Castle burger.

That's a lot of work. But I bet the onions did smell good.
And I'm not putting baby food in my beef either.
I just make golf ball sized balls then smash.

If you watched the You Tube video Greg did not put any baby food in his beef mixture for the sliders..

I love doing sliders, much less likely people, especially kids eat it all and not throw half the burger away.
That said, I do them the same way I do burgers, salt and pepper then on the grill. Yes, its a decent bit of prep time but not much more than doing regular burger. I would get one one big cooking pan that can fit 20 sliders then make 20, salt and pepper, sheet of foil and another 20 on top, one more sheet of foil, another 20 on top and keep in fridge till ready to cook. Yes, its probably 3 rounds on the grill, but since they cook faster than regular burgers you can probably been done with all of them in 20 minutes.

Right. That's what Martini was agreeing with. I've never heard of baby food in burger meat.

I did watch it and no he didn't. He talked about others that did and I was trying to figure out who in the hell even thought to put baby food into a hamburger for any reason?
