Building a house - rethinking my outdoor kitchen

My current outdoor kitchen is the standard built in gas grill and Big Green Egg. Ive enjoyed it, but a friend of mine has a pellet smoker and I really like it.
Does anyone on the board have experience with the Memphis Grills? They have a beautiful built in setup. Its the only built in pellet smoker I can find. Any other recommendations?

I don’t use a pellet smoker. I’m just popping in to tell you folks to include a nice built in flat top grill to go along with outdoor kitchens. You won’t regret it.

I would go with a YS640. It’s just mounted to a cart with wheels. Remove the bottom cart portion and insert into the “built in.”
