Going to be checking it out tonight. Buddy went last night and liked it. Said food was very good. Any of you ever make it over to Birmingham, should be another good spot to check out. I'll try and get some pictures posted when I can of what I got.

Saw some pictures on instagram the other night. The place and menu looks really cool. Looking forward to hearing what you think.

Was there last night. The space is very cool. Huge inside and large outside. They’re going to do very well. It was pretty busy at 630 yesterday.

The Carrigans guy opened it. Some crossover in staff as well.

Beer is heavily German as you’d expect. Good selection on tap. A few locals mixed in. Smaller selection of bombers.

I was told the food was good by multiple people but didn’t get to eat.

The food menu looks really good from what I've seen. All the staples plus some personal wrinkles. Just going to order just about everything tonight so I can give it all a try

Will do. If you haven't been to Bham in a while, there are a lot of new places to go. The city has had a very dramatic change in its food and beverage scene.

Yeah. Most people I saw had platters they were splitting with 5-10 items. Pretzels, sausages, burgers, schnitzel. I was there for a work thing and had other dinner plans or I’d be giving a full report. May go back early next week.

Alright, place was awesome. Venue and atmosphere was great. Place is going to be amazing in the fall.

Got a couple beers, they offer all in 1 Liter steins. That is a big beer

Food was very good. We got the bratwurst, currywurst, cheddarwurst, fries, pretzel, spatzen and cheese, grilled asparagus, and schnitzel fingers.

Only complaint I have is the bartenders were really slow, especially for just basically pouring draft beer. They need to really work on that. The bar set up was really cool, but the need a label system. Bartenders were having to double check where beers were and pouring wrong beers. People were waiting a while. Get that fixed and plays will kill it.
