I just want to say thanks. I bought some of these little gems for the first time over the weekend and cooked them up last night with some garlic herb butter and a pinch of parmesan over the top. I'm definitely a brussel sprout fan now

I love roasted brussel sprouts. I take them and roast them in a pan in some olive oil, salt and pepper, throw them in the oven to bake off and can eat them like candy.
