If you are in need of low carbs, brown gravy is something you need to add to your life.

I love good old fashioned country sausage gravy, but sorry, I'm not going to be one of those middle aged guys who waddle around at 280 pounds and are getting fitted for their last 1/3 of life with a Walmart scooter.

Brown gravy. Low carbs. Great on scrambled eggs (keto approved), which means, skip the high carb biscuit's and gravy and just get your gravy fix on your eggs. Sausage and bacon sprinkled in? Great. Keto approved as well with moderation.

If you have some left over brown gravy, save it and add it to a pan of sauteed onion/garlic mushrooms when you're grilling steaks at a later date. When the mushrooms are finished, just stir that leftover brown gravy in.

I'll take all those downvotes now from yall fancy smancy Cajun expert cooks.

I’m gonna make a little gravy with ground meat, onion, eggs, and tony catcheries brown gravy powder.

To make brown or any gravy you need a thickening agent (usually flour or cornstarch). Hence the additional carbs
