You getting a lot of down votes, but I started using the exact same rub and have made some of the best briskets I’ve ever smoked. Going to do one Monday with that rub

Because most people think Franklin and other places only use salt/pepper like they claim, but they actually use what that poster listed which gives more flavor. None of the “best” bbq places only use salt/pepper.

I have one in now. It’s a mix of lawrys, BP , sea salt, and garlic powder. It’s been on since 11 last night and looking good .
