Really miss that place. Carbs and coffee before hitting the slopes is the best medicine ever.
Trying to remember some details about the Mexican bar/restaurant in the bottom of one of those strips along main st.
Fresh fresh ingredients. Pink or brightly colored interior with a hipster looking staff. Seemed like it was the only place open late during the week there last season. Wish I could remember the name because the food and drinks were fantastic.

Dammit! Saw this place in Breck and laughed because it was in the mall. Figured there was no way it would actually be good. :(
I second Mi Casa...good margaritas. Food was pretty good too.
ETA--there's also a pizza place off the main strip, close to Erics that is supposed to be good and it is popular because the wait was insane. We didn't try Erics or the pizza place due to the waits.

Hate you missed it. The owner/chef and his wife know what they are doing. It's a little gem .
