By the way I prefer the biscuits at Ruby slipper on S Cortez.

As long as you aren't at one of the two tourist trap locations it will probably be good. No one ever outright orders their biscuits because there's a lot more flashy menu items. I ordered an item that was served on a biscuit and was very impressed. Since then I make it a point to order one. They're huge btw.
