Does anyone know what kind of sausage they serve at Texas De Brazil? Is it some kind of Chorizo? Where can I get some if available?

I think it’s called linguica and it’s pork/beef blend. The kiolbasa sausages at some of the local stores like sams club are similar.

They sel Gaspar's brand linguica and chorico at Publix.
