They've done wedding for a few friends of mine and we've seen them at different venues as well. They always put on a great show.

Do not use the Bayou Bistro people. They catered a simple fried chicken lunch for a sales meeting last week and the chicken was horrible. Tasted burnt oil in every bite of chicken. Even the sides were below average.
