I don't see a hot boudin dip. Is it a dip made with boudin or one you dip the boudin in?

Make this quick and easy Boudin Dip!
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
1 pound package of boudin
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Remove boudin from casing and break into the cream cheese mixture. Pour boudin dip into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes.

This is one online.

I found an old thread in which you posted that you had one and would type it up, but you didn't end up posting it.
The thread also had this in it from another poster.
2 pounds boudin
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
1 pack dry onion soup

I remember that. It’s the recipe posted above your post. I lost all my hand written recipes in the flood.

I'm so sorry!!! I'm glad we found what you were looking for. If you have other recipes you're looking for that were lost, maybe we can help.

Coach, if you post whatever you ended up doing in the recipe thread, Rat will add it to the book to preserve the one you like best.

Thanks.
We saved a few recipes, because we could read the wet paper. Others we had memorized. All the ones in French and German, I had translated and stored on the computer, but I’m sad we lost the handwritten copy.

Yes, handwritten recipes are treasures.

Athis, I used that recipe and it got destroyed at our Christmas party. I topped it with green onions and served with Ritz.

Hey Coach I am sure you already know this but mentioning it anyway. I would take a picture of any documents including hand notes and save them to Google or Live.

Yeah, we’ve scanned in everything that could be saved. Then, we laminated them.
