Boudin and sweet potato pie.

Had one commercially made recently and the wife made one this past weekend. Delicious and simple to make.
Just squeeze 2 or 3 links of boudin into the pie crust and spread evenly, then cover with a layer of cooked sweet potatoes, sprinkle brown sugar and pecans and pop in the oven for a bit.
Delicious sweet/salty pie.
