I have a 2 lb Boston butt that I was going to throw in the sous vide. I usually let it cook for 24 hours but that's with a full 7-8 pound butt, any suggestions for cook time with a smaller portion?

Or a suggestion of something else to do with it, either works

Full Boston Butt + Knife = smaller portion. It's pretty simple actually.

Slice up a couple of onions and throw them in a crock pot along with a head of garlic peeled. Put butt in and cover with two cups of liquid (beer, stock, cola, root beer, etc). Cook on low for 4 hours or until pork can easily be torn in the middle with a fork. Drain liquid and place back in the crock pot. Pour a small amount of your favorite BBQ sauce in crock pot and pull and stir pork until you have your desired texture. Let cook on lowest setting for another hour or so, stirring occasionally. Serve on sweet Hawaiian buns.
