Boiled crawfish to go - how much do they typically short you?

Ordered 40 lbs tonight. I think we got 32-35. I think it's to be expected though.
i actually think it would be comical to bring a scale in after they hand you the order to see if it's legit.

ive weighed mine when i got home a few times. never been shorted. it was usually a half a pound more

The place I go weighs it when you order. In front of you. I doubt they used a rigged scale so I think they weigh

Most places I've seen have a 120qt ice chest full of boiled crawfish. They weigh and bag them right in front of you.

It’s a crime to screw people over with a rigged scale. Nobody takes that risk. Same with fuel pumps.

None because where I go they weigh it in front of me.
