Season the water to taste.
Ice the crabs
Bring water to a rolling boil and drop the crabs in.
Bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
Cut the fire and soak at least 20 minutes.

Let the crabs soak for a while before pulling them out. Makes a huge difference in taste.

Do you do the same for other crabs?

I boil veggies and garlic in the water for crabs like with crawfish.
But I use pro boil, which I can't stand with crawfish.

Snow and King just need to be steamed to reheat, and season a bit if you wish.
