Eat what you can that 1st go around. Put remainder in fridge. Every day thereafter, eat 10lbs of cold crawfish. My favorite method - Id rather eat them cold anyway.
This.
My sister in law will peel some for a dish later in the week for them but I love taking a big ziplock bag home for either later that evening or the next day. I love cold crawfish out of the fridge.

Boiling crawfish is a bit of an event. I can't imagine doing all that for 10 lbs. Shoot, sometimes I don't want to do all that for 1 sack!
But the solution is to get a sack and if you have even halfway decent skills you should have no problem finding someone to eat all of them.
Everytime I boiled a sack in Katy, like 20 people showed up. Mostly uninvited, LOL.
