I have recently gotten back in to bourbon and whiskey and am looking for a bottle dated 2/5/21. I know that's a shot in the dark, but is there anywhere on the web to try to find it by date? Cheers fdb!

Email them. They will tell you if they bottled that day and what state the bottles were shipped to if so.

There used to be a Facebook group for all the dates Blantons. No idea what happened to it.

I went down this path. Unfortunately you're looking for a Friday date, and at least in 2020 when I inquired they were not dumping on Friday's.
The rep will respond to you and let you know this, and they'll also let you know the other dates around that and where those bottles went.
From there, you'll need to start searching secondary markets.
For example, the date I was looking for was a Thursday, and the vast majority of those bottles from that date landed in Las Vegas Scottsdale specifically. I began my search for Phoenix area bourbon traders, Vegas bourbons traders, on any platform I could find.
Unfortunately this lead to a dead end and was exhausting.
Good luck. I never found the 10/8/2020 I was looking for, but I'm still trying periodically.
