Anyone had their Blackstone griddle warp? Had mine about a month and it started this past week. Wobbles in the mounts like an off balance table. One corner seems to be higher than the other. Read up on it a little and most of what I could find says that its not uncommon and should fix itself after a few uses. Its been a few uses and its still warped.

Just wondering if anyone else had this happen? Did it fix itself and how long do I wait before calling customer service?

I have not had that problem at all. I would call now and get a record of the problem started.

Does it flatten out when it cools? I have only noticed mine warp in one corner after having it on high heat on all burners for a long time. I quickly shut it off.

We had a camp chef at work do that dramatically and we called customer service and they replaced it. Haven't had the issue come.back again on Blackstone but I would imagine their cs is the same

Did you try to throw ice on it to cool the grill down faster? If so this is why it is warped.

How do I know? I won the Darwin award that day
