First off, I forgot to photograph the tortillas, but it is VERY important to get the raw tortillas and cook them first on the Blackstone. Don’t buy the already cooked tortillas. This makes a world of difference.

The onions and peppers (takes the longest)

The chicken

The carne asada

The end result (this is a beef)

Did you have to turn it on or just leave it in the driveway for 10 minutes to heat up?

It does look good...

It’s not fun cooking over a Blackstone in this heat.

Hell, it’s not that fun cooking over one in the winter. These things get HOT!!!

At the wife’s cousin’s place (no pics of either) and her baw cooked veggies, warmed leftover yard bird, and warmed tortillas on one tonight. He’s been cooking awesome breakfast taco too. Seared ribeyes last night. Damn, gotta get one.
