Have you had them?

We ate at fast Eddie's in alton illinois earlier.

They had "cajun" chicken wings.

Basically, six wings on a skewer, cooked together. Tasted like paul prudhommes seasoning.

Near as I can tell, they skewer the wings, cook at a low temp to tenderize, cool and dry, hit with seasoning, then sear the shite out of them.

Eta: the best chicken wings I have ever had.

Any pics? You have me curious. I love wings but do they skewer the flats, the drums?

Never heard of wings being cooked like that.
