The Cassoulet and duck sausage is pretty tastee, and I also enjoy the ham steak.

Thier menu is online, that might make it easier to determine the parts and pieces as I hope you know your crowd.

I reviewed the menu, but hadn't personally tried but a couple of their offerings. As for knowing our crowd, you should see what people request when we order pizza for our crowd. Everything from the carnivore's special to veggie's with no cheese, and all points between. It would be easier ordering for the guys in one of the control rooms than a mixed office crew.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I told our admin I would get her some ideas and she asked me where. I started trying to explain TD, but had to give up.
