Ghost Train will be the best as soon as they get in their new spot. Ferus and Avondale are within walking distance of each other as are Good People and Monday Night. Ferus on 41st will have a cool outdoor spot ready in about two weeks.
I’d start at Monday Night and then Good People then walk over to Fennec for some music. If you want to eat your best choices will come near
Avondale.
