Better than Bouillon-Roasted Garlic recipes

I just picked some up and looking for ideas. I'd imagine you could make a killer garlic bread with it.

We have all of them. It has been life changing. As far as cooking goes. Even my 20 year old daughter is using it now!

So what do you use the roasted garlic for? I'm interested in that as well. I don't think I've ever seen it at the Kroger I go to (Collierville, TN)

Is it a roasted garlic paste, or a roasted garlic stock/bouillion concentrate? My favorite is the roasted mushroom base.
