Making a batch toiight to bring to a get together tomorrow. I assume in a disposable aluminum pan in the oven but not sure on temp and time. Also how well does it reheat? These folks ha e likely not had real rice dressing so I don’t want it to be dried out or anything.

I do it periodically like I do jambalaya.. add a little stock and warm up n the oven.
Use chicken stock for jam but would prolly use beef stock for rice dressing.
I think if you warm it slow and stir occasionally while re-heating it will be fine

Care to share your recipe? I’ve always wanted to make some. My grandmother’s is famous in our family. Need to get her recipe, as well.

Going to dry out so microwave if possible.

I would think 30 min. @ 250-300 deg. Really just need to lightly warm. Reheat time will be determined if it's just coming out of fridge or if you leave it out for a while to come to room temp. I would recommend the latter and just pop in the oven to gently warm up.

Put a tablespoon of water in the dish, cover with Seran wrap, and microwave for 1 minute. Remove, stir and repeat if needed.

I've tried all possible methods. The best method I like is to place a some cold butter on top of a dish of rice dressing and warm in the microwave. After warmed thoroughly mix the rice dressing and enjoy. I use the exact same reheating method for jambalaya.
