I'll be cooking for just myself tonight. I picked up 2 stuffed pork chops yesterday. What do you suggest is the best way to cook them?

I like to grill them low and slow if the stuffing is raw.
If the stuffing is already cooked prior to use as a stuffing then you can grill them like you would normally do meat.
This also works in an oven if you don't have a grill.

I get my grill to around 300 and do them on foil.
When they are to temperture i put them directly on grill to crisp edges a bit.

Sous vide then finish on cast iron

Another way is to sear them in a hot skillet on both sides, then transfer to. 350F oven for about 20-30 minutes. Add a little liquid to the bottom of the skillet or baking pan to keep the drippings from burning and smoking.
