Lit Pizza? TBH I wasnt a fan of Lit for a long time . Crust is thin but can be soggy and the whole pizza always seemed under cooked imo. Then I brought some home and popped it into the air fryer and once everything crisped up the flavors and textures really popped. Now its my goto for thin crust pizza...but gotta air fry it.
You can request extra crispy at Lit. They leave it in for a few more minutes. I always request it.

. I agree with Rotollo’s craft and crust, probably best cracker and deep dish.
Haven’t had a good pizza there yet
I’ve never had Red Zeppelin - my kids say it’s ok. When Rocca is good, it’s the best but it’s not always. At least with Lit you know what you’re getting.

You have to get either the cracker crust or deep dish. Other than that it’s not great.

Gattis in Denham has been disappointing last 2 pickups. The cross was different almost like cardboard and no flavor overall. I’m gonna try the one on Essen as I was told it’s still good.
