I'm fairly new to the wine game but I have a taste for, as I'm sure many people do, the sweeter reds. I notice myself pulled towards the red blends. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well if you're going to include dessert wines, Inniskillin puts out bad arse sweet red icewine. Be prepared to pay for it though. It may not be for everybody, but if you haven't tried an icewine and you like port, check it out.
