even though they have the worst boudin in acadiana, it's still better than anything toledo bend has to offer.

A few years ago they build a mass production facility right behind their Scott location, I feel like the boudin is still the same but always felt like their smoked goods, sausage, tasso, etc. has had a drop in quality.
