I haven’t been to all the places in the area but I have had Cafe Josephine and their prime ribeye is excellent. Didn’t get the ribeye cap but I’m sure it is great as well.

I agree about Ruth’s and Texas Roadhouse. Also would add the fillet at Carrabas with one of their sauces.
