uncle jack - yes the mixed is more expensive. If you can go to ville platte and get it for three bucks a pound I can't blame you as that's a great price. I just know that it cost us more than $3 a pound to make it. Thanks for writing about it though as we want to make our customers happy as we care about and appreciate y'all
