re: Best Shrimp Remoulaude?

My favorite is at Ruth Chris. It's exactly what I think of when ordering shrimp remoulaude. There are so many chefs who list a shrimp remoulaude on the menu that ends up being totally different. I don't mind these variations, but they should call it something else, because it's often not even close to the traditional dish.
