Best places to eat in Louisville, KY?

In Louisville for a music festival. In particular, we are staying on the east side of Louisville. Does anyone of any suggestions on places that are must east while we are here for the week?

Seviche, Proof on Main, Roc, Fat Lamb, Volare, Varanese, The Post, Bar Vetti, El Mundo.

We used to go to Seviche a lot for work lunches and such and I never cared for it.
I like Moo and Joella's Hot Chicken.
Also I like Double Dog over on the Eastside in Middletown.
