Are there any places that do custom blend ground beef (brisket, short rib, etc.)?

Dorignacs probably has the most diverse selection of ground meats in the metro area and might be able to make it happen.

Langenstien’s on Metairie Road has ground filet tenderloin behind the butcher counter. We get it all the time. It is very good.
