I hear you, I had 3 wood ducks and a dozen sacalait by 8:30 this morning so it's nap time.

Just got home from the game. Ended up just going to Rouses Supermarket and buying the store brand of boudin. Grilled some up tonight and it was great. Also bought a couple of stuffed chickens and some fresh crab claw meat. Had a 65 qt cooler pretty packed.
Plan on taking the casing off of some of the boudin and frying up some boudin balls.
Anyone have a good crab and corn bisque recipe?
