I've never had one and have a large crew coming in in December. What places on the Northshore can I get one?
TIA

Rouses. They need 2 days notice and have 10 different stuffings to choose from.

I'm sure Bergeron's in Mandeville on Hwy. 22 has that.
I'd also call Saia's in Mandeville. My favorite meat market, but not sure they do that.

I didn't know what a Turducken was until a few hours ago.

Not sure if the Gourmet Butcher Block is still open off of Hwy 59. If not, Bergeron's on hwy 22.
I tried em and don't care for em, but to each his own.

If Gourmet Butcher Block is the place in the corner right next to Boscoe's on 59, I'd definitely agree. They have a lot of good, different things there.
