The pass harbor...
or you can catch the Vietnamese lady across from the McDonald's. She usually has fresh shrimp and good prices. Picked up some 15-20s from her for $4 a lb the other day.
For crabs I have a good buddy who is a charter captain down there, he knows who to call and where to get them. So, I can't help you much with crabs.
There are a few fish markets opening up in the area again...

Jerry Fortes in the Pass Harbor for shrimp and fish all locally caught and as fresh as it gets. Give him a call. https://www.jerryforteseafood.com/
For crabs you have to head out to Bayou Caddy and stop at one of the places out there. There are signs, Bobs is one I think, but there are a few. They keep them alive in the water until you buy them.
For oysters it's crystal seas in the Pass. https://crystalseasoysters.com/#!/home
They sell boxes (~30# or 100 oysters) of cleaned oysters ready to shuck that are great. I have a great shucking tool if you're in the area and want to borrow it. Makes it a breeze.
Claiborne Hill will suffice if you're willing to buy whatever they have, they'll usually have something iced down...just no telling where it's from.
The shrimp lady, across from McDs sells IQF shrimp I believe...but they are good and it's super easy.
Or, you could just go to the new Cuz's in olde town and buy them boiled...fresh to your table.
