Best pizza sauce/cheese to buy in BR?

I like to purée a can of good Italian whole tomatoes and use that. Lighter and fresher tasting than the usual American pizza sauces.

No preshredded, it's coated with natamycin and often cellulose to prevent clumping and inhibit mold, so it doesn't melt well. Nothing wrong w kraft's low moisture skim mozzarella if you grate it yourself, but even WalMart carries the full fat BelGioso mozzarella, often in small balls or larger oblongs. It's nice when used with a restrained hand, as it can be too soupy/watery if applied w abandon. A little provolone can be a fine thing....and try some full fat ricotta in blobs too.
