Dorignac's
Nola Boils
Dorignac's has really good prices on this stuff. Quality is good too. If kids will be there they have a nice finger sandwich tray for them too.

Stay away from this place. They are horrible.
The muff tray from Robert's is a good start as someone else already stated. Most of your list could be made at home with your own twist on it and much cheaper.

It wasn't an insult; I have personally eaten damn near every item on the Rouse's party platter list. Funerals, spur-of-the-moment weddings, baby showers thrown by the branches of the family that don't cook & live in towns where the grocery store is the only takeout food option, benefit dances where you BYOF/B and the organizers provide "set ups".
Cafe Reconcile is another good source for takeout party pans of food. Cafe Reconcile catering menu: LINK

I've had good luck catering spur of the moment parties from Maxwells.
