Competition jambalaya at the Jambo festival isn't good at all, judges are looking at texture of rice and chicken flavor incorporated into the rice...most teams just throw chunks of bone in chicken as the judges only taste the rice...no green veggies as well.

To the OP, I'll come cook you some jambalaya and it will be the best you've ever had

Mass produced jambalaya doesn't really work that well IMO.
