Hi Nabor before it became Rouse on Drusilla had good fried catfish. Last couple times I went I was disappointed.

Parrains Friday lunch special..

Tabasco Mustard Catfish with potato salad and haricot verts and peanut cole slaw.

They really know how to fry fish.

La Lagniappe knows the craft too.

been going to Crawfords for years ..its pretty good...Elsie's is better imo

Mike Anderson's for the best fried fish and shrimp imo, by far my fave fried shrimp and its not even close.

Mike Anderson's Spinach and Artichoke dip is a personal fave, as they use very thin and crispy fried catfish as the chips
