Lots of chain, Orlando type stuff there.
Not much experience on my end with local stuff, but I really like Tupelo Honey Cafe (it's a chain but very good and not too many locations).

On the south end, anything on business hwy 17 in murrels inlet.
In myrtle beach, it's pot luck. Too many restaurants that don't have to worry about repeat business.
