Red snapper, cobia/ling, mahi mahi, yellowfin (ahi) tuna.

They don't taste fishy, the meat holds together well, just don't cook the crap out of it.


We usually put a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill, med heat, grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Maybe a little longer.

Depends on the thickness of the fish.

All are great tasting and I'm not really a seafood person.
