Trying to build a list. Here's a few recs we've received for Vancouver so far:
HH
Black & Blue
Cactus Club
Earls
Eat
Breka Cafe (Breakfast)
Joeys (Bit of everything)
Italian Kitchen
Yaletown Distillery (Italian)
The Pawn Shop (Mexican)
Pigeon (Asian)
Anything else we should BE eyeing while we're in town? Thanks brothers

Was only in Vancouver for a day, but stopped by Fritz European Fry House for some poutine. Was the best food of my entire trip. A real whole in the wall place, but I loved the poutine.

Seattle:
- Walrus and the Carpenter. Can't miss spot for Seattle.
- Matt's in the Market (Pike Place) - had a nice lunch here one day. Solid food and drinks.
- Molly Moon's Ice Cream. Locations all over. Stopped at locations in Capitol Hill and Wallingford. I liked Wallingford since it was a nice laid back neighborhood.
- Humble Pie had really great pizza. Outdoor seating serving out of a tiny shack. This probably isn't a "best eats" spot, but did have tasty NY style pie.
- Dough Zone for dumplings, etc. Ate at the location in Chinatown/Int'l District.
These were more notable spots for myself. I'm sure others will have more suggestions for Seattle.

Vancouver
Vij’s has the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Also Tojo’s for sushi. Wife is from Vancouver so we go once a year. Well, at least before COVID.
