I remember my favorite used to be the Shrimp Supreme but I noitce they no longer offer it as an entree.

I just looked up the recipe for Mike's Special Shrimp. These are the ingredients:
Ingredients
5 sticks butter or margarine, melted
4 teaspoons black pepper
5 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cups Worcestershire sauce
1 pound (16-20 count) fresh peeled shrimp, butterflied
That is a hell of a lot of butter and worcestershire for 1 lb of shrimp.

They have the best daily lunch deals in town. Wednesday and Thursday especially. The Shrimp Norman (butterflied fried shrimp over shrimp and crab etoufee) and the Jason (thin fish filet stuffed with crabmeat and shrimp, rolled, and fried and topped with crawfish cream sauce over rice). It comes with a stuffed potato and a salad for $15.
They still have the best fried shrimp in town, their chargrilled oysters are slept on big time, and the onion rings are slamming. Plus as mentioned, the broiled seafood platter. Only place I know of around here that offers that.
Mike Anderson’s may have gone through a rough spell, but it’s back to one of the better restaurants in town and deserves way more recognition. The last few years they have been killing it.
