Know how I know you've never had one? It's insanely labor intensive, but it's a restaurant and it's only $13. They are way spicy and it's a damn fine poboy.

They sell boiled seafood, in season, and very few places have a 'boil room' like this.

It's better than you think.

Mine is the crab patty po-boy at the cafe (Rosetti's I think) inside quality seafood, fresh lump crabmeat patty on a pressed po-boy, damn that thing is good.
